Good location, basic room
good location different food
i liked location very much. It was easy to get to major attractions. Breakfast included lots of different food.

charming getaway
helpful staff tasty cheese excellent location
the hotel staff were always ready to help making my stay stress free. breakfast had tasty local cheeses plus fresh bread and homemade jams. the location was excellent with easy access to major attractions and the tram stop nearby.
i noticed some wear on the bathroom fixtures repairs would improve the overall experience.

the rooftop restaurant provides great views and a discount for hotel guests is available. the hotel offers transfers making arrival and departure easier. the breakfast room is located in the basement.

my room had a fridge which was very useful. the room featured traditional decor keeping with the local style. my room was cleaned daily by tea who did a wonderful job.

the receptionist was very helpful and spoke english very well. the hotel staff arranged a cake for a special occasion. the staff always had a smile creating a cute atmosphere.

no elevator poor breakfast
I was placed on the second floor and there was no elevator. This meant I had to lug my suitcase up some stairs. I discovered the breakfast didn't cater to my preferences. It was mostly Turkish breakfast items. I prefer a simple toast, but there was none.
